We will begin MAP testing on Friday! YAAA! We will shine!

Reading: We are reading Tanya's Reunion, a realistic fictional story about a young girl gaining new appreciation for her family heritage. The reading strategy this week is evaluate, and the comprehension skill is making inferences. This is when you take an event or detail from the story and add your own experiences to make an inference about the character, or story.

Math: We will wrap up our algebra this week by exploring equations with variable to find a rule, and by keeping an equation equal by adding to each side.
