Students have a special math practice packet that is due on Tuesday, November 29. There is also the Turkey Trot Challenge on http://www.sumdog.com . We will be tracking the number of correct answers of each student who participates.
Please bring in canned and boxed goods, plus new toys for the Kiwanis 2011 Food and Toy Drive . The last day to donate is December 14.
Come to Rubio’s on December 1 from 2pm to closing and if you show the flyer, JIS and JPS get 20% of the transaction. This is a yummy way to donate.
Reading – Students are learning about categorizing and classifying by reading a selection about people from different countries becoming United States citizens.
Math – Double digit multiplication is here. Students will be learning how to multiple 2, 3, and 4 digits by a two digit number. Students must memorize the math facts.
Spelling – The test will be Friday, December 2.
